Shipping & Delivery

All dresses and select pieces are made to order, with a production timeframe of 15–30 business days. Once completed, your order is shipped via DHL.

Estimated delivery times:
United States: 4–5 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, you will be notified promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. Our team will promptly investigate and assist with resolving the issue.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos of the item
• Email them to info@lefemmeboujee.com within 24 hours of delivery

All claims are reviewed promptly, and store credit will be arranged if approved. Please keep in mind, each item undergoes quality inspection prior to shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order pieces are custom-created and are final sale. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Store credit will only be issued if an item arrives damaged and the claim is approved. All items must remain in original condition with packaging included. Additional exclusions may apply.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please submit clear photo evidence to support@lefemmeboujee.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, store credit may be issued.
