Who are we?
Welcome to Le Femme Boujee, your go-to online luxury boutique for high-quality women’s clothing and accessories. What are the shipping and delivery times?

All of our dresses and outfits are made to order, with a production time of 15–30 business days. Once production is complete and your order has shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: DHL delivery typically takes 4–5 business days

  • Venezuela: DHL delivery typically takes 4–6 business days

You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delays:

During periods of high order volume, production and shipping times may take slightly longer than expected. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone with an update.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package every step of the way, from dispatch to delivery.

After receiving your tracking email, simply click the tracking link or visit the DHL website and enter your tracking number to view real-time updates on your shipment’s status, estimated delivery date, and location.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If you do not see immediate updates, we recommend checking back shortly.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us immediately with your order number. Email us at [support@lefemmeboujee.com] or use our Contact Us page so we can investigate and expedite the delivery process.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item.
  2. Email the photos to [support@lefemmeboujee.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will promptly review your case and arrange for a replacement. 

Please note that all items undergo a quality inspection by our suppliers prior to being shipped to our customers.

Can I return my product for a refund?

No. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we may offer store credit once the damage has been verified.

To be eligible, you must submit clear photos of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@lefemmeboujee.com. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and store credit will be issued at our discretion if approved.

Note: Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Some exclusions may apply.
