Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order pieces are custom-created and are final sale. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Store credit will only be issued if an item arrives damaged and the claim is approved. All items must remain in original condition with packaging included. Additional exclusions may apply.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please submit clear photo evidence to info@lefemmeboujee.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, store credit may be issued.
