Return Policy

All dresses and outfits sold by Le Femme Boujee are made to order. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final, and we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

This policy also applies to shoes and jewelry.

We will only consider a store credit if an item arrives damaged. All products are carefully quality-checked by our suppliers before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

If your garment, shoes, or jewelry arrive damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item immediately upon receiving your package.

  2. Email the photos to support@lefemmeboujee.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

All damage claims will be reviewed by our team. If the claim is approved and deemed necessary, we will replace the damaged item at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will NOT be accepted.

Also, to ensure a flawless fit, please provide your exact bust, waist, hip, and height measurements when placing your order.
